I’ve never used a group scheduler before. LB works pretty well. It occasionally has glitches and defaults to the wrong location or view, but it’s pretty easy to fix and has been fairly easy to navigate and modify. It’s what we use, so I’m thankful I’ve been able to figure it out.

Having gone from Qgenda to this program, I can tell you that it is the equivalent of going from a high end luxury car to the Flinstone mobile. I could not hate this program more. As a physician administrator doing the schedule for a busy practice, paper and pencil was faster than this garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have offered numerous times to give direct feedback as an end user to the development team and have never been taken up on my offer. I could go on and on about how terrible this program is!!! 0 out of 10 - do not recommend!!!!!

Limited app with extremely limited functionality, and certainly not intuitive. Other reviews are correct. I have contacted perfect surf several times, because the app keeps logging me off and every time I go back on the app I have to put my credentials again, and this is extreme waste of time for me to come out special day I need to use this app to look at my schedule sometimes very quickly, and having to login several times a day is a big waste of time. You guys need to step up your game. Disappointing!

Time zone issue?

For some reason, when it automatically imports into the Calendar app on my iPhone, the time zone is off by one hour. Although I’m scheduled from 8 AM to 8 PM, it shows up on my schedule as 9 AM to 9 PM. Multiple phone calls to customer support were not able to resolve this. Otherwise, I like everything else about the app
