I don’t write reviews every time but I can say I have never had an bad experience at the Greendale store. Very happy with the food and service for inside or pickup.Thank everyone for your efforts 😊

The app in general is great. I have 2 suggestions: 1. You cant select “select payment” in the app, so you literally just can’t order anything. 2. Make the address function more intuitive. For example, my address has a “west” which is usually at the beginning (after the number) but the app makes you type it so it’s at the end. If you didn’t know any better you wouldn’t be able to find your address or order anything.

Love the Blue Ash store, they do excellent job of taking care of us. Only problem, is placing my order seem there should be faster way to place it. I place new order each time bc by the X I log in I have 1/2 order done. Only reason I bring it up because we eat there 2-3 X's a week. Something to think about. Thanks for asking.

For the love of all things Buddy LaRosa, please fix the app!! I’m not the only one, I see it in other reviews and I’ve talked about it with my friends. It lets me get through the entire order process and at the end tells me my address is invalid, the store is closed or not accepting orders. Then I call and it’s not closed! Or I get on my laptop and order delivery just fine. You took away all the good coupons, now you’re taking away a huge convenience. Makes no sense!
