Unable to delete messages most of the time and when I can, it takes forever (about 15-25 sec). Lacking a variety of alert tones. Confusing interface/option descriptions. Devs, please update.

This app needs a major overhaul. Please make it more user friendly. Sounds needs updated. Would be nice to be able to send a message to an email and not just a mobile number. Does anyone from AT&T ever read these???

I have had business messaging for years, and it would come across as a text message just fine. Since downloading this app, the messages don't come across as a text anymore... I have to authorize push notifications and get the message via this app. Too many steps to open and find it, rather than simply reading a text!
