The best thing about this app is how intelligent it makes you look as a result of the rich data that is available through it. A real estate dream for understanding critical community information. Really nice drive time analysis capabilities. An extension of the larger desktop platform. Great for the field too! If you’re driving in a neighborhood and wonder “what’s it like here beyond aesthetic - who are these people, what do they do, how do they spend their money?, etc.”- rich with demographics and socioeconomic info!

You need a subscription but it is well worth it! Compliments the ArcGIS Business Analyst web app well!
Impossible to log in

I’ve tried Facebook login and Apple login - neither of these work. After going through the full login process, you are returned to the opening screen of the app with no error message.
This release of ArcGIS Business Analyst Mobile App includes the enhancements described below:
Global demographics and dataset updates - Explore updates to advanced demographics from Esri Japan, Germany NEXIGA, and Esri Thailand, and 2025 demographic data for 25 Western European and 20 Eastern European countries. Explore refreshed business summaries, places, and crime and traffic datasets in the United States. Data can be accessed in Business Analyst Mobile App using reports and infographics.
Other updates - Bug fixes and performance improvements have also been made.
