Good Insurance Crappy App

I’ve had the same problems as other reviews. Trying to get the ID card is my main issue, it stopped pulling it up after the first day and just sends me back to the main screen after loading for half a second. It’s frustrating because I just switched and need it for my family’s doctor visits. The link I sent to my wife says it timed out so I can’t even go back and get it another way. Eventually I had to have an agent at the company send me a digital copy. I wasn’t planning on carrying the physical copy but it looks like I will have to because the app won’t let me pull up the card.

I’ve had the same problems as other reviews. This app doesn’t work, and it’s baffling to me that it hasn’t been fixed after years of reviews complaining about the same issues.First, the main dashboard screen (“My EMI Health”) takes ages to load. Then, as many have mentioned, tapping “ID CARD” only flashes the loading screen before kicking you back to the dashboard screen. Likewise when trying to view your plan documents.They push this app really hard on the website, and offer no other way to view a digital version of your ID card. Yet the app doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked for years.

My health and dental plan doesn’t automatically pull up, I have to select from a drop down menu my plan and the plans are titled different than what I signed up for in enrollment. I’m logging into my account so why do I have to select my plan- shouldn’t it already be linked? Can’t see current deductible status or even benefit coverage on the app. Phone numbers of providers and addresses of providers in directories are not current. Basically this app is great for digital ID cards.
