The concept is great however the App is fuzzy. Very slow; always have to wait a while before I can type the amount- take a while to access the contacts. Net, infuse it when I have to but it’s not my go to method of payment, primarily because of the poor App.

Sometimes app will refuse to login, other times it will refuse to allow a transaction to go through. Don’t call a UBS customer support number (they will charge you for your time and will not be helpful). The best way to get something to go through on the app is often to delete it and redownload, sign in, etc.

Creating new contacts is a pain: cannot access the address book and not even paste a number!Now to make things worse: contacts are not saved anymore!Please fix it urgently. Sending Twint with UBS isa horrible experience!
