I have been a customer for over six years not only is there stores and employees amazing ,Now they have made it easier to find what you’re looking for and to see what stock is available at the location you need not to mention the early heads up on daily deals ! App is easy to use and to navigate! Thanks Trulieve

Still having same bugs for months when they refused to fix it. Don’t recommend to log out otherwise you will be stuck with loading to process log in and failed. Trulieve IT team won 5 years in row for most problematic technology services including website AND unable to repair or troubleshoot. Be proud! RME! Updated: it continues kick me out after order confirmation. If they dont want a business then thats on them. Another update review, competitor app who used to have location demand required to use is now no longer needed due to med card already determined by location regardless. Trulieve app is LAST one to require the location on. Again it is not related to regulation as they said because they can’t read. Dumny. All requirements is for their benefits. Another update: it still demands the location service on nd I turned it on and it continues to not set up location. What's point to ask for gps and u unable to locate the store and demand me to input the store location??????? This PROVES data mining is not what u think it would do. Yikes! Good luck. Website works fine without location service enabled. 🤷‍♂️

It’s about time trulieve made an app. I’ve been on other dispensary apps and this one is by far the best experience bc it’s not clunky. They finally have a deals page where I can see all the deals they have running. Easier then the website tbh I’ll be using this for all my orders now

At first (before the update) the app was working fine with a few glitches like resetting the location almost always. However, after the update I can’t even open the app anymore. I try and it just closes itself and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled about 4 times now. Not sure if anyone else is having the same issues but so far the app isn’t working for me unfortunately :(
