Giving a 4 star because I like how we can answer the questionnaire on the app. However it would be nice if the app can tell us when the center closes early. I’ve missed my last few donations due to the center being closed for being short staffed- resulting in a decrease in my donation amount.

I try to be positive and nice but sometimes I can be mistaken by others when being nice as if I am trying to hurt them but that’s not my intentions at all. it is a very special place. As a father and priest I try to let the workers that work there understand that their jobs help people despite long days they have I feel I have to remind them and I want to here again they are the hero’s because it is not often you get to have them so we can help others too . There are some I feel that are very special . Every time I go there they seem to be the better part of my day as a royal family member you might say I get the royal treatment yet I feel a couple of special people I grown fond of that seem exhausted at times yet they need to be reminded how wonderful they are as I tried to let them know . I have worked in the health care field child care field and I understand so I hope they can take this to heart give themselves a pat on the back they do excellent job

Love coming to Octapharma. Everybody super friendly, honestly never had bad experience or bruising or anything like that here. Great way to supplement your income and help people at the same time. So much friendlier than some other places like Grifols. Friend of mine goes to Grifols and says they can be really rude at times, and not even hardly say hi, acknowledge you or anything and boss you around like when they tell you what seat to go to. So glad I don’t have that problem with Octapharma. Everybody is great.
Update bug?

I have not been able to access my rewards point redemption since the update. Shows redeemed points, however no gift card is acceptable. No update on new processing times, no confirmation email. Checked every folder, and my email is still correct. Is this a bug in the app, or is the points redemption process missing communication info for users? Not loving the update for ease of use.
