Whether you’re out adventuring in your Alfa Romeo Brand vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home or just about anywhere else, the new Alfa Romeo app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to offer new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve.
+You are responsible for using remote features in accordance with any laws, rules or ordinances in effect in your vehicle's location. You must have an active subscription to Alfa Connect in order to use remote services. See Terms of Service for service limitations.

Can’t tell if the vehicle started
I’ve had Jaguar and Volvo and their respective apps tell you that the car engine started and is on. You can also set the time for how long you want the car to stay on. Also the interior temperature. This Alpha app doesn’t do any of that. Wish that it could.

Application performance issues and bugs
Pretty glitchy application. I constantly need to reactivate my Face ID access because it will always default back to entering my password. Locking and unlocking features always work but the remote start feature only works 1 out of every 10 times on the first try. I usually always have to click it twice for it to start which is unfortunate because you need to pay for the Sirius guardian service in order to use the feature.

Been an Alfa Romeo owner for about 8 months now. Upon purchasing the car I was confused on two apps I needed to download. Seemed that this one was most effective for the car and had more reviews. I was told the car history still needed to process on the app when first signing up. It’s been 8 months I still have no access to any features on the app for my car. Including remote start, service history or any other feature sponsored and shown on the advertisement for this app. Truly a bad experience for a car that a decently considerable price.

Greetings, we have moved over to our app simply titled "Alfa Romeo" app. Don't worry, you will still have all the amazing features from your Alfa Connect app! Please download and login with the same login credentials from your Alfa Connect app. You must have an active subscription and a connected vehicle to utilize most mobile app features.
