The best music platform, but I have an issue

I'm not switching from this music platform. I mean the sound quality, amount of songs to listen to, etc. But for about 6 months now, I've been having this problem. When I add a song to a playlist, it won't add the songs even after the notification pops up saying "Blah blah blah has been added to Blah Blah playlist" and so I add the song again to the playlist, it says the notification thing again and then it finally adds the song to the playlist but since I had added it already before it adds 2 at the same time and then I have to edit and delete one. It's not the worst thing but it's really inconvenient when I'm trying to quickly add songs to a playlist. I have noticed it doesn't do this glitch when I click to add a whole album to a playlist at once. I'm just hoping they fix this glitch. But really other then that their is zero problems. Once again I'm not switching music platforms and it really does have good sound quality, lots of song selection, etc.

Apple deleted myPlaylist

I tried the trial subscription of Apple Music that I received with a Samsung purchase. I had Apple Music playlist on my iTunes, iPhone, and iPad that was in created over many years prior to the activating the trial subscription. I let the subscription expire and found out that all my playlist had been deleted from my Apple Music iPhone, iPad and TV apps. Also, my Apple Music app on my TV, which prior to the subscription would play music in my Apple library, now no longer accesses my playlist or any songs purchased and downloaded without re-signing up for a subscription. So Apple Music on my TV is useless at this point without a subscription. My Apple Music playlists on my iPhones, TV, iTunes, and iPad was deleted, literally erasing hours of work. I did figure out that I could re-sync my iPhone and iPad devices with iTunes on my computer and get the playlists back. However, my Samsung TV Apple Music app now requires a subscription to access my library to access previously purchased songs and playlist. This is incredibly non-customer service oriented. I also did a trial of the Apple TV subscription and Now, I’m concerned about what Apple may do to my Apple TV movies when that subscription expires. I guess I should have just left it alone and not signed up for the trial subscription. I would be better if you were warned when starting a trial subscription on the TV app and ending it will cause you to no longer be able to access you library.

Bad Connectity

This app would be good if it could stay connected. Very often you have to hit play once or twice a song to keep it going, which is extremely cumbersome when you’re listening to music in the shower or running; you have to stop what you’re doing every few minutes to keep it working. When out walking it holds a connection for about half an hour and if you skip more than 3 or 4 songs it completely quits loading. I’m in the greater Phoenix area and the cellular signal is great. This model iPhone is less than 2 years old, this shouldn’t be happening. The service is so jenky it’s almost not worth paying for anymore. Sticking to playlists instead of stations helps, but it would better if the app could just operate like it’s supposed to.

Also the algorithm has trouble gauging what to play next. It’s like it can’t tell that you’re listening to all up beat, fast music and slow music is skipped, it just keeps pushing slow music. When I get off work I like to go running, at the same time every day I look for upbeat music to put myself in the mindset. It would be great if the algorithm could pick up on that and suggest more accordingly. The pop station is probably my favorite but it takes a lot of skipping and hitting play to keep it going, and at best it’ll only work part of the time. It’s almost easier to just turn on the radio.
