I am enjoying the purchasing on ASOS more than ever. I purchased a dress for a wedding , and that started my introduction to ASOS. I LOVE the fit, the quality, and the true fashion forward concept of the clothing I see here online. I do purchase quite a bit at a time which enticed me to commit to the overnight purchase club. This has been a saving grace to me as I do have work events that I may need an outfit for or speak in front of others. I’ll also need an outfit for an occasional social event as well. My only complaint with ASOS is, I usually do return items that do not fit properly and have them in the postal by the VERY next day I receive them at my house. Unfortunately, my returns, I feel are not validated as quickly as I return them. When I spend large amounts of money at a time, of course about 20/25 percent clothing will not work out. I feel that ASOS, is not implementing returns in the direction of that emphasis. I am feeling that my returns are scrutinised and left long periods of time in warehouse when I actually mailed out the day after on all of my deliveries. This bothers me immensely , thus the company I feel is holding on to goods, as well as my money on credit. I would appreciate a much quicker and faster return process. Again, I understand having to be aware of items that look forlorn, being in the industry, but when you do have customers whom respond and respect rules, work hard to own your ASOS clothing and wear them with pride, spreading the word when complimented, it would be lovely for you all to come up with a better system for the loyal customers. Other then that, I am delighted and have enjoyed every bit of ASOS and have found your site a wonderful way to shop and find merchandise that is unique and fashion forward.
