Work outs

Love the app, has some bugs, but the main thing is, I wish it would give you specific work outs to do, so you just have to pick the muscles you want to train

Thank you for the feedback!! It took us some time to develop this solution, but the latest release lets you select the muscle groups for each strength workout. It will walk you through a 1 rep max test and use those results to prescribe every weight, set, & rep. You can switch up muscle groups and exercises every workout. I hope you like it! 👊💪
