Description
The BeMore app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Use the BeMore app to:
• Enjoy optimization anywhere with online services: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Monitor the battery status of your rechargeable hearing aids
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

Bluetooth- Pair iPhone to TV
Download BeMore - Hearing Aid App - not the GN app. Sometimes the BeMore app doesn’t pair to the H Aids. Delete app on the phone and down load it again and connect the aids. Be sure your iPhone has defaulted to your home internet setting. Open Settings Open Accessories Open Hearing aids - new page will open. At top of page there is a description of your hearing aid - click on connect - New page will open - go to bottom of page and click on Alive. This will open your microphone on the iPhone and stream the tv and incoming calls to the aids. It can be frustrating to get it right the first time. You can screen print these instructions. The retailers do not know how to do this. I sincerely hope this works for you instead of purchasing their ridiculous price of $500 for a tv streamer. Only took me 3 hours to figure this process out. 🤷♀️
App not working well
Since updating to IOS13 the app is stuck in iPhone mode. Sometimes I can correct by taking turning off and on the hearing aids. Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am still
having the issue.
Won’t pair since iOS 17.3 upgrade on phone
Was paired before upgrade, now can’t pair.
