This app and new website are horrible compared to what you can do on the older website “myfutureretirement”. All the same info is there just spread out all over the place that you would have to write info fown to do comparions or see what was going on from day to day. This morning trying to look at balances and its telling me not allowed. In fact anything I try to look at being told not allowed. And now.......the website is down. Never had that problem on the old one. Always there, unless we were alerted it was going to be down. I’ve been told changes are coming in 2018. I can only hope.

Know your customer!!! We all are expected to have functional apps in our credit unions, and we know it’s not that hard! Very disappointed that Cuna Mutual is not best in class with their app. Worse yet, they have not addressed the crashing issue that has gone on for months. This used to work fine but several months ago it quit. When I try to log in it closes-can’t get past putting in user name and password.

I love the simplicity of this app and how I can easily check my balance once a week. I have to go to the website to do more and it would be good to be able to do this in the app.

This app has not been update in over a year. When attempting to log into the app, it just gives a black screen and then returns to main iPhone screen. Attempted to go to website for “help” and none to be found. Cannot even report the issue to the developer.I feel like the developers don’t care about their customers attempting to use this app to access their account information.
