EBC Mobile is your all-in-one solution for on-the-go benefits management.
Log in with your existing online account information or register your new account if you’re logging in for the first time. You’ll see all your EBC accounts in the app, including your flexible spending accounts (FSAs), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), and commuter accounts.
• View balance and transaction details. View balances, deposit details, funds you’ve used to date, important deadlines, and more.
• Submit claims and documentation. Quickly and securely submit claims for reimbursement and track the status of submitted claims. Using your mobile device’s camera, take photos of your receipts/expense documentation and easily upload.
• Manage your Benefits Cards. Quickly request additional cards, replace lost cards, lock/unlock a card for security purposes, and more!
• Receive communications and support. Directly send us questions through a secure channel, view all communications from EBC in a centralized hub, and receive timely push notifications when additional documentation is required, ensuring you’ll never miss a communication.

Login issues
My biometric login keeps getting disabled frequently and I have to manually switch it back on again.
Another issue is not with the app itself but with the company. Too frequently they ask for documentation even when charges are from medical centers, doctor offices, imaging centers etc. These places only provide medical related services. I had FSA with many other providers and was never asked to provide any documentation before because FSA cards only work with FSA related services.
Frustrating experience but want to remain hopeful
The app experience I would expect isn’t there. It’s almost worth sending pictures of my receipts to my email and using a desktop to submit. I’ve had several times where the manual submission duplicates. That creates situations where I have to track what I’m offsetting for the duplicate expense I get reimbursed for.
I’ve had other employers with similar benefits/apps with no usage problems for years. I want to love this but it’s not living up to my expectations.
I will say that submitting supporting documentation is convenient and easy to use. Not sure why the other feature is so glitchy.
I would also love to see the biometric feature stay enabled for longer than a few weeks. It seems that I’m frequently having to log in manually and reset that feature to be on.
Spectacular Failure—>Now it works!
Got an email at work to update to this new version of the app. I did that. Logged in. It spins and spins and spins to load. After it finally loads there’s a blank screen and none of my info is in there. Fix it, please.
*Update: The developer responded that they fixed the problem, and I logged in, and it is working. I will change my review based on that. Thank you for the quick response!

The app should load appropriately now and we're continuing our investigation to make sure it doesn't recur.
