Be able to see to whom the invoice was sent under “See Details” when you click on a submitted invoice. This will enable the vendor to ensure that the invoice was sent to the correct email address and provide proof to the client. When one clicks “Edit” line item, you should actually be able to edit it. As it stands, you can only 1) search for a previously submitted line item and 2) create a new line item, both of which defeat the purpose of an edit. In the same vein, you should be able to delete previous line items, particularly if they’ve been created with errors. I haven’t seen it myself yet, but I’ve been informed by other users that the App doesn’t notify you of errors in your invoice creation, whereas the website will. They weren’t paid for weeks at a time despite having sent multiple service ticket emails and being told that the error was fixed. The only way they figured out it wasn’t fixed was when they went into the website. If this is currently still a factor, then this nullifies the entire point of the app.

For some reason the payments defaulted to being a virtual card, which is truly the most idiotic form of payment as you have to spend it all at once and cannot transfer it to a bank account. Why they would even offer this as an option when direct deposit is so simple is beyond me. And then to make matters worse you can only change payment from virtual card to direct deposit through calling their customer support line. Once you call and are on hold for 30-45 minutes someone will answer tell you it’s not their speciality but the team whose specialty it is, is currently out of office and that you’d need to try again but that they would be “sure to send them a note” So you wait until they’re back in office and call again and then that department tells you it’s not their responsibility either, but that they would be sure to “make a note of it” and connect me with the correct department this time around. It took 8 hours of calling over 10 whole days to get my payment sorted. Truly the most useless people work in their service department, and the fact that payment would even default to virtual card should be illegal. After it was finally sorted the app worked fine but it wasn’t so special that other services wouldn’t do. You’re better off using anything else.

Going into app development and website development is something they should have looked into before launching this thing…they really need to revamp the entire user interface, I am only using it because I am forced to do so by my company…otherwise I would never touch it…the whole website is just links trying to show you step by step how to do the process on the app rather than just let you do it…and the customer support is the worst I have experienced so far to the point where the one issue I have been trying to get fixed could have been fixed if they just deleted my account completely instead of just blocking me out of it…and refusing not only to give me a proper reason on why I am blocked out of MY OWN ACCOUNT or to even get me proper help to get it reinstated, instead they replied with “our decision to terminate your account is final and we will not be reopening your account or any further communication about this matter” …. Seriously, with no proper reason on why it is even happening or no way to get it reinstated…last I checked you have to delete my account completely not just block my access to it because at that point it is unlawful to maintain my personal information on your system especially banking information

This is by far the most dumbest stressful app I’ve ever come across, it’s confusing and the support team is no help at all. Even when you call them for help and talk to an actual person the phone, it’s useless because they don’t even know what they’re talking about and give you the wrong info. I’ve been giving 3 different dates on when my money is suppose to be in my account and have yet to receive it and when i went to the support team they told me they’ll send me an email on what to do and i have to receive that email. The first time i realized my money wasn’t in my account i called them (they’re not even allowing me to do that now) and told the lady that i got an email saying it was something wrong with my bank info and asked do i need to enter it again she told me no that my pay was just processing and it’ll be in my account Monday. Today is Monday and I’m staring at another email saying the same thing that my bank info is invalid, i go in and edit but that was it, i didn’t get a message on what happens next or nothing. Like am i still getting my money ? Do i have to wait another week just to see if this money is going to go in my account ? Or is it just gone? Who knows because like i said this app is stupid and confusing
