Description

The CallTrackingMetrics Agent App allows you to manage the inbound phone calls coming from all of your advertising channels. Answer calls, texts, and chats directly from your mobile device. You’ll also be able to make outbound calls, receive push notifications for incoming live chats, return a call or text message, and take notes or read from a script while on a live call, all within the app.

Each phone call coming in through your marketing channels immediately appears in the app. Access caller data, including the source and keyword of each call, and add notes and tags for each caller. You can also review the recordings of all incoming calls through your tracking numbers.

Mobile app: completely useless.
Forced logouts multiple times a day @ random
Deleting of login information on mobile
Delayed calls showing up in groupings of 10-20 out of nowhere

If you’re a call center taking 500+ calls a day wirh 30+ employees working strictly from a Desktop and headset, you’ll likely never suffer from the poor detail quality in the nooks and crannies of this software.

If you’re a small outfit that requires tjay everything actually perform as promised/optimally, run in the opposite direction for software wirh a track record of consistency and quality performance.

Not requiring a contract isn’t a bonus here, it’s to save them time and money bc they don’t trust the product they’re putting out and don’t know how to make it better.

Next review is 1 star and a switch to a competitor that knows what they’re doing.

Does not show source of call

CTM is great on desktop and allows you do to just about anything you need. However, when I’m not at my computer I'm unable to see what source the incoming calls are coming from. This happens to me quite often as I run a business and do not have time to be at my computer all day. I often need to report to my partners what campaign certain calls are coming from and this app makes that impossible to do on the go. It seems like it would be a pretty obvious function to include as it’s one of the most important parts of the service as a whole. Very disappointing because that was the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place.

Soon to not be a user

App is absolutely useless, it is constantly logging you off. Now it does not even let me log back in it says my email or password is incorrect, but Iam using the same information to login on my desktop.
And forget about getting in contact with customer service it take 2-3 to get a reply back.
