The CVA Coffee Value Assessment App is a digital tool built to perform quantitative coffee assessments using the official Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) system developed by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). It overcomes the limitations of traditional handwritten cupping forms and enables accurate, consistent, and data-driven evaluations that can be saved, shared, and analyzed anytime. CVA app was created as a joint venture between BP&Solution and ENTARO. Core Features 1. Creation Mode: Enables creation of customizable evaluation templates. Supports morphological evaluation, emotional evaluation, and combined evaluation templates, with configurable settings for country, variety, and processing method. 2. Conversion Mode: Converts app-generated templates into SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) CVA PDF forms.
