Key releases are go! We've added the ability to perform key release reports in the application. Add a key release, sync it to a community, and add the details. With key release reports you can: - Track the number of suite keys, parkade fobs, and storage keys received. - Mark down the serial numbers of fobs to track which homeowner received which kitem - Confirm homeowners received their move-in manuals and warranty certificates Once tracked and sync'd, key release reports get sent to homeowners and can be reviewed on deeter.app!

We've added the ability to perform possession reports! Possession reports allow you to examine issues captured in past homeowner orientations and reevaluate previous faults to confirm they've been resolved. You may start a new report, set the type to Possession Report and sync it with an existing unit within a community and the app will sync the existing issues to your device. Once synced, you may work through each issue, add your own comments, mark issues as resolved, and submit the report.
