Lost the pay option button on sewage and water bill

Why did they even bother

This app is a joke. I was pleased to learn that the city had come up with a way to let us pay our water bills electronically, but the app doesn’t work at all. I can’t access my bill, and the app claims there is “no account” linked to my street address. Funny because I got a water bill in the mail last week for $190. This is literally the only bill I still have to pay by paper check and would appreciate an electronic option that actually WORKS
