I am a small business owner who recently joined ecwid. i payed the year business plan to start off and what a Ride its been!
I consider myself a fast learner, in fact, within minutes i was uploading products and giving the final touches to my website! I haven’t had the need to contact support yet because of how easy and straightforward their whole system is and how fast it integrates everything i do!
Within minutes i create coupons for my page and or change details on my products at any time!
Thank you for such a great app! I will continue to work with these wonderful tools at the tip of my fingers!

This app at first was difficult to use as I am not computer savvy. But I was able to connect this program to my Facebook all by myself. The customer service on the other end took every question as if it were their own. Advise anyone that has a Facebook business to go through Ecwid, as there store and payment center.
Don’t use if your new to e-commerce
I’m new to e-commerce and downloaded app based off a peer recommendation. I’m only in 5 days to learning e commerce and added this on May 10, 2019. It doesn’t have full functionality you need a desktop. No activity in the app and never built the site. On the third day after realizing they swiped for $40 I chatted with customer service asking for a refund because you need a desktop for some functions. They said no..I think company has poor concepts about serving the public and standing behind their products.

Each Ecwid user gets a Starter Site for free. You can use this site if you don't have your own custom site and want to sell online. Our mobile app was created to help merchants have access to their stores and run them on the fly (get push notifications about new orders, process orders, adjust catalog, edit Starter Site and more). It's totally possible to set up a store with the mobile app only. Sure, some things in the store setup process are better done on the desktop version. Free plan users can use the mobile app for 2 weeks. All Ecwid paid plan users can use the mobile app with no additional cost. To upgrade your account you need to choose the plan and enter your payment method details.
It looks like you upgraded to the Venture plan, then switched to the Business plan right away and then asked to delete your account. As a result, you spent 34.46$ and used only 5 days of your Business plan subscription. We would only feel right if you could use the remaining time of your monthly Business plan, so if you would like to restore the unused period of your plan, just reply to the email we've sent you.
