With all the money and resources evolve has they can come up with a better app. The old one although slow and glitchy at times had a better layout and flow than the new app. The numbers which most people care about should be a widget on the login dashboard like the old app to easily toggle month to date earnings etc. Now you have to go to the reports page and custom filter the dates just to see MTF earnings which is too involved and unnecessary. Definitely a step back and not an improvement.

It took a lot for us to finally consider short term rental opportunities for our vacation home when we’re not using it to help offset costs. We were extremely skeptical. Evolve has been amazing, starting with months of touching base while we considered it, walking us through the setup process, helping us navigate through local permit and occupancy tax requirements, finding a cleaning partner, and ultimately generating bookings. We went live right before Thanksgiving and made more net profit through New Years than we would have expected for many months. Yes we’ve had two small damage claims already which although minor were immediately reviewed and reimbursed turning a “what if” concern into a positive actual experience. Evolve’s rates are better then the competition and they only get paid if we get paid so we’re in this together. Looking forward to continuing this longer term.

Evolve promised all money back if they didn’t increase my revenues; they tried to increase it by making my home into a zoo, they advertised it as pet friendly. Pets destroyed my furniture and baseboards with dogs and cats; their insurance didn’t cover anything. At the end they didn’t refund any money; totally rip off Finally they ended up charging my credit card for a reservation that I had to cancel because I decided to rent my home long term, never use them again :( Just to clarify your response, if you look at my claim, they told me that pets biting and damaging my furniture IS NOT cover because it is considered. “**The damage to the couch is categorized as cosmetic damage, and is ineligible for coverage”You only wanted to cover the baseboard damage, so I consider EVOLVE a RIP OFF

I am a big fan of evolve the company and have enjoyed working with them for the past several years to manage my short term rental property. During all this time I have been equally disappointed with the functionality of the owners app. That disappointment continued after the release of this new evolve app, but the updates and improvements that followed quickly after its release have changed my response entirely. I can copy and paste phone numbers, easily find the full name of guests, auto log in, etc.! It feels like the owners app is becoming a better representation of a great company!
