Great App better yet wonderful customer service
After two months of using the platform and the app I am satisfied with it the product. The mobile app is very efficient. It’s a slightly strip down version of the full site but very adequately with all the necessary features needed for on the go moments. The pricing is reasonably and affordable too.
Landlord - Owner App access please
Can a developer figure out basic RBAC? Why can’t the property management company add non-staff? I mean it makes absolutely 0 sense to just have PM companies and their staff use the mobile app... I mean - WHO do you think pays your subscription fees at the end of the day? We pay the PMs a monthly fee (which is a hell of a lot) and they pay for a subscription to your platform. In this day and age, there should be more seamless IAM. Only thing we don’t care about is Admin (user add, delete, modify). But we do care about rent roll and expenses. If we can’t track data via mobile app, then we’ll simply tell our PMs “your customers” to switch. We PAY their salary and thus YOURS... so fix it!

Thank you for your feedback. We are actively working on extending the app to include this functionality. We will be reaching out to Property Managers to get feedback on how we can best serve owners through the app.
When on the road, easy to retrieve property and tenant information. I like that all tasks are listed from most recent update so I can reply to the requests that are “active”. Text messages can be responded to quickly.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
