Our complex starting using door loop they to had roll it back so many problems. Few days ago they rolled it back out More Problems showing people payments late when paid on time. Hopefully if we complain enough maybe our community will EVICT DOORLOOP

I’ve been using this interface for 2+ years. After reading some of the reviews from the tenants, I understand why some tenants may wish DoorLoop works more like CashApp or Zelle. Regarding payment submission, I think security is the most critical feature. I would not exchange payment security for bells and whistles. I have tenants that insist on paying at the bank. You got to choose your battles in life. DoorLoop makes it possible for me to manage my own properties. I am very satisfied with this tool, and am willing to grow with it.
