Evolve 21 lets you participate in a thoughtful, state-of-the art wellness program which will change the way you see yourself and the world.
And while you do, the app also allows you to help support the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, whose work is changing the world for people with disabilities.
Each day, choose a simple seven minute routine of cardio exercise, yoga, or meditation. Track your progress for 21 days and unlock achievement awards that show your evolution.
All the programs are designed by experts to help you really make a difference in your health and well-being.
Evolve 21 is also designed to make it easy to raise dollars from friends, family members, and professional colleagues. With a simple email or photo, show people effort you're making and the impact you're having. And ask them to help. You'll be amazing at the support you'll feel.

- Cardio (High Intensity, Agility, or Strength)
- Yoga (Balance, Tone, Flow)
- Meditation (about 7 minutes each)
Choose one type of program, or mix them up daily.
All areas have adaptive exercises to address a variety of abilities and disabilities.

I'm not sure what to think about this. I download the app and follow the steps. I am asked if I want to be a fundraiser. I have no idea what that would entail, so I click on "No thanks". At least until I can see what it's all about. Me clicking on "No thanks" set me up as a fundraiser with loads of other stuff shown to me. I stop and start over. I hit "No thanks" again. For a second time I am marked as a fundraiser. All I wanted to do was get on, find out about the exercises and what else the app is about. But since that happened twice, and I don't know what being a fundraiser means...I'm deleting it and unsubscribing.

I just downloaded this app for first time and it won’t allow me to enter my email as a new account and it gives me the message that the email has been used and due to inactivity has timed out! So I tryied to sign in as an established account holder and it gives the the message that the email is invalid! So please don’t stress yourself out by trying to use this app!

This app is great for the CPF Challenge and now has yoga & meditation! The only app I know that has specialized exercises for people with disabilities - it’s like a PT in your pocket! Definitely recommend the app and challenge

This app is a great way to kickstart self motivated daily fitness challenges! The personal trainers are super relatable as I have CP myself.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
The CPF Challenge has completely Evolved! The new version, Evolve21, features new wellness programs, greater accessibility, and a much simpler way to fundraise.
Now, for twenty one days, you can choose from all these 7 minute workouts!
