I'm surprised by how often I return to this app. I love it! I'm not a gal who likes barbies or dress up, or really anything girly - but I have come to look forward to dressing my avatar to match my mood. I'm a Chonky Chick though and really had to overcome my negative feelings every time I had to look at that tall, skinny avatar... Can we please have more body options for the avatars? Thanks

Somewhat better but still a little unfair

I Redownloaded this app after hearing about this update and im surprised that they did a lot better! I love how cute the little pet is! And the journaling is amazing! BUT there are some things that still aren’t quite fair when you go to do challenges theres only one out of multiple challenges that you can do. And it’s because of the requirements!! I thought the reason why we we dressing up the character in the first place was to help us see our mood through fashion! Dont get me wrong the themes are nice but we should have the ability to have our own interpretation of that theme as well maybe expand the non premium clothing just a little bit more? Because there are some people who just don’t have the money I understand that you need the money but maybe you should consider what should and shouldn’t cost. Another thing is that it doesn’t have that much diversity yes you did make a vitiligo skin type but what about body types? Or prosthetic limbs? Or even diverse facial features like having two different colored eyes? I am definitely going to keep this app but please do just a little bit more to help your consumers out

Garbage - refused to refund my money

Immediately upon gaining access however I realized it is just clicking your mood and dressing a doll. I already use Finch for mood tracking, so I immediately requested a refund. Was advised that I have to request it within 30 days after using for 30 days and providing proof of daily use. None of which, of course was in the accessible information before signing up. Don’t get it, get a different one for free. This one’s just gonna keep your money.

The default hairstyle being mostly fine hairstyles rather than curly and/or coarse hair are problematic. Also the makeup options don’t work on all skins tones. Both of the default blushes are WAY too light for the darker skin tones and so are the default lipsticks. I love the level of representation but it definitely needs some adjustments before I can continue using the app let alone paying money for it. You can also refer to my review of the SUITSME app for further context into the problems I’ve seen so far.

The default hairstyle being mostly fine hairstyles rather than curly and/or coarse hair are problematic. Also the makeup options don’t work on all skins tones. Both of the default blushes are WAY too light for the darker skin tones and so are the default lipsticks. I love the level of representation but it definitely needs some adjustments before I can continue using the app let alone paying money for it.
