I just started a few days ago, and I must say it has been a game-changer for me! This app deserves a solid five-star rating for its outstanding features, user-friendly interface, and effective approach to intermittent fasting. The app provide tracking and logging capabilities are simply outstanding. It allows you to easily track your fasting hours, water intake and weight. What I also love, that Fastik provides a wealth of educational resources and articles on intermittent fasting. Whether you're curious about the science behind it, looking for meal suggestions, or seeking advice on how to overcome common challenges, the app's knowledge base has you covered. It's like having a personal intermittent fasting coach right in your pocket!

Like this app for fastening timer and water log, but I don’t use it to log food. Found nutritional values are usually too generic and usually wrong. I use another app that has a way better nutritional library for foods. Scanning using their tool also never works so I had to hand-key foods in. That got old fast! Recipes are too high in carbs for my choices so don’t use that part of the app either.

Like this app for fastening timer and water log, but I don’t use it to log food. Found nutritional values are usually too generic and usually wrong. The free version has helped to keep me on track. The timers are great. The reminders are helpful. I’m too cheap to upgrade so I’m limited to the free features. They are sufficient. I would like to adjust the plan windows but for now I’ll do the math in my head.
