This so called "upgraded app’’ is so ridiculous. I have yet to figure out how to change the payee‘s name to the business name. Instead it is listed as the nickname. Ridiculous. Also when I have tried to edit the bill pay, instead of "cancel" it tells me to discard the transaction. Cancel would be appropriateSince all I did was click on pay a bill. Using this term would work if I had already started changing the amounts or the people and who I am paying it too. I hate hate hate this so-called upgrade to this app. It is so dysfunctional it’s worse than the first version.

This app is terrible compared to the previous version. This updated version has a more complex Home Screen or hub that makes it difficult to sift through your accounts and find whatever tab or resource you may need. On top of that, trying to pay off a credit card now is a nightmare. You have to maneuver to what feels like another website that has a completely different format from the banking Home Screen making it more difficult and harder to maneuver through the pages. Before, you could also make a payment from any FC account directly to your credit card without having to input thr account information for each account, but now the credit card side of the app requires it. This is arguably one of the worst “updates” I’ve seen on a banking app and has made the entire process to manage my money more difficult and I have already started moving to another bank.

UPDATE:CANT PAY BILL ONLINE. The cc link has been broken for 2 days and counting. Of course my bill is due now and I can’t review transactions or pay bill on line either thru app or webThe app went from a front page that showed accounts and credit card with a simple transfer button at the bottom to easily see and pay credit card balance. Now, the front page doesn’t show credit card balance - good luck hunting it down. You have to hunt for transactions, balance, due date and how to transfer funds. In fact, when you scroll down to the transfer area - it’s for external accounts NOT for FC cards. It also fails to send notifications when your bill is due. In fact, the app went from an easy read to a whole lot of useless scrolling.

This new app is lacking ability to see deposits alone, credit card balance and transfer to credit card we could do before. When trying to use bill pay, wants a different password, and does not give option for forgotten password. Cumbersome, and less functionality from previous app!, not happy, considering leaving this bank, etc
