It’s not working….it keeps telling me to visit the bank and when I did, the issue remains unresolved 🙄🙄

This app is not working after downloaded
Crazy app
The token app is useless and keep saying I should contact my bank but nothing changes when I contact them. It’s better to remove this app from store to save people’s data
