Description

Alaska Airlines has partnered with Infiniteach to create Fly for All, an app for families who fly. Designed for first-time flyers, kids traveling alone as unaccompanied minors, or guests with cognitive and developmental disabilities including autism, Fly for All helps take the anxiety out of air travel by walking them through the steps needed to get ready to fly.

We know air travel can be stressful. At Alaska Airlines, we’re dedicated to helping all our guests fly smart and land happy.

Fly for All is split into five easy-to-use sections:

Explore: Learn about the things you will do and see as you get ready to fly.
Schedule: Use this travel checklist to mark off steps of your trip as you finish them.
Communicate: Choose buttons that can speak for you, to ask the people around you for help.
Play: Take a break during your trip and play our matching game.
More: Customize your profile, find travel tips, find links to detailed information about our accessibility services, connect to our social media, share feedback, and rate our app.

Deaf And Proud. 🏳️‍🌈 ,

Thank you for this app!

It is very good! I have been traveling by myself since i was 9 to Alaska, and ever since i got this app a few days before my flight to Alaska this year, i actually got to my gate earlier, giving me more time to let my contacts know that i would be on a plane. I do have a suggestion though. I would like it if you added more games because it can get boring pretty quickly.

Very Unsatisfactory

I’ve flown Alaska Airlines exclusively for over forty years. I was always a believer that it was the best airline ever! That has not been true for the last four years, I realize that we went through the pandemic and all that but that has nothing to do with your service from the website to the actual flights. I don’t know what has changed, whether it’s corporate or what but this airline is a disaster compared to what it used to be! The website is pretty much useless, I fly with my dog between Anchorage and Phoenix at least twice a year. You want to charge me $15 for calling to get help arranging a flight yet even with help it takes an hour to set up and confirm my seat as well as my dogs kennel on the same flight. Several years ago I had to open a new frequent flier account because my original account was not showing. My last flight the lady that was helping me found it. She added the two together. I arranged a flight from Phx to Anc and had to change my reservation because of a bereavement. I was assured my miles would be refunded, they weren’t and aren’t. I called and my account number was changed, I can’t even login now! I’ve tried to be patient but my patience is wearing thin. You are about to lose a very loyal customer that’s used your services for over forty years.

Easy to understand

Very easy. If your child cannot read , they can push a button and it will be read for them.
Step by step from entering the airport to exiting the airport.
