FPL EVolution® is increasing the number of electric vehicle charging stations throughout Florida by 50 percent and growing an 800-mile network of universal fast chargers conveniently located along major corridors. Download the FPL EVolution app to find and navigate to the closest FPL EVolution charger and start charging. The app is available to FPL customers and guests. Find a Place to Charge: Locate charging stations nearby and get rerouted to the selected station. Charging Station Details: Port availability, energy cost, outages and nearby amenities.  Start Charging: Scan the code on any FPL EV charger to connect to the charging station.   Get Notified: Receive notifications on your charging session when you enable push notifications.      Create a user profile: See your charging history and trends, including miles added and cost.

Best Network In Florida

The FPL EVolution network is hands down the best charging network in Florida, setting a high standard for reliability and accessibility. Florida Power & Light has made incredible strides in building out EV infrastructure, but there’s still a need for even more charging stations to meet growing demand across the state. Unfortunately, opposition groups like Charge Ahead partnerships and certain retail players such as Racetrack and Wawa seem to be more focused on preventing utilities like FPL from expanding charging infrastructure rather than taking meaningful action themselves. It’s time to let utilities lead the charge for Florida’s EV future!

I like FPL better than the other charging stations fpl chargers are easy to locate and they charging stations always working haven’t had a problem yet FPL keep up the good work I just ask that install more locations

On the DC fast charging side, they really need to fix UI for the charger type selection. Even though it defaults to CCS, you have to select it again or you can’t start charging. Just non-intuitive design. I had to help several people at the FPL charger.For home charging, it needs more features from the Wallbox application including system restore and WiFi configuration. If your charger locks up (and it will), as others have noted, this app is worthless. You have to call an 800 number, then wait 2-4 days for Wallbox to contact you. They then have to give you temporary access to the Wallbox application you should be using in the first place because this application has no advanced control functions for the charger.

FPL needs to hire UI/UX experts. This app has clearly been written by developers with no regard for the user experience. To create your initial password you cannot paste into the field. You can tap on the first field and have your password manager insert the password but you cannot do so on the second field. As soon as you try to click on your password manager to fill the password, focus is lost. This discourages the use of long secure passwords putting both FPL and their customer at risk.
