OK, I’m going to change my review. The app does work good and I had a signal everywhere. I had no problems. The only problem is registering the eSIM. The problem is there is no do over or edit or back button, if you make a mistake you start all over again. There needs to be a way to do something over like a picture that didn’t come out without having to start all over again. But once you get past that and it must be done in the Philippines with Wi-Fi, so make sure you have good Wi-Fi I could not get it to work over the airport’s Wi-Fi. I had to wait until I got to where I was going. But once done you get your signal and you have a phone. So I will use this again next time.
Unable to pay cellphone bill

This app used to work before when I payed my first 2 bills and now when I use it I cannot pay my bills using my credit card/ debit card option. I contacted customer support which was extremely frustrating as you can't talk to anyone over the phone so I had to actually go to a globe store, they said that by next month the problem would be fixed and yet here I am still unable to pay my bill with this app. I have decided that I will be switching my cellular service to Smart as they have been very reliable when calling customer service over the phone, Globe only allows business users to get phone support which is very discriminating and disappointing the least to say. I don't always want to go to the store to pay my bill its very far away. I could deal with the problem but the biggest issue is the phone support being unavailable to non business customers, which is unacceptable in my opinion. The way non business customers are required to talk to customer service is through the facebook messenger app or the service store in the malls and other locations. The facebook messenger app is ineffective and when providing information the automated system will continue to ask for the same information over and over making it annoying and useless to get any help. It asked me 3 times my problem and i succinctly stated the problem, never actually acknowledging my issue. it also asked me for my phone number several times which I provided which it was unable to recognize. Sorry Globe but I can't deal with this abysmal and terrible customer service. You need to provide phone support to all your customers equally.

The Philippines will never improve if companies like Globe just keep operating business as usual. This app and Globe service is worse than in any 4th world country. In any country in the world you would have your problem fixed within an hour. Everybody from the CEO on down needs to be fired and a competent management team brought in as a replacement. The eSIM conversion feature doesn’t work, nor does the payment system. Customer service is non existent! This is exactly why the world looks at the Philippines as the number one 3rd world scam country. It’s not the average person that’s the problem, it’s the corporate greed. Is there ANYBODY in that scam company that looks at the reviews??? Every single one is a one star critique of the lousy products and service yet all people hear in response is the same canned insults..”We’re sorry nothing works, we’re constantly striving to improve, please visit our non-existent, worthless customer service if you need anything else.”Apple needs to remove this worthless app.

If I could give it 0 star , I would. This app should not exist. No migration of information after the forced weekly updates and it mostly states, “Oops, there is a problem”, each time I have to re-input my information after each update. The app programmers need to be re-schooled and re-educated on software development and programming. Also, learn to beta test your applications before introducing it to your paying customer base. This is not professional for a business such as this.
