Compatible with Go Power! Bluetooth enabled products, this connectivity suite allows you to view your battery charging information, set your charge controller from afar, and view your solar performance remotely.

30-Amp PWM Solar Charge Controller
The Go Power! Bluetooth Enabled 30-amp Solar Controller (GP-PWM-30-UL) allows you to view and set essential battery information, including:

- Review Solar Charging Current,
- Activate Max Boost,
- Viewing Battery Voltage,
- Check on Battery State of Charge (SOC),
- and Set the battery type and charging profile

10 & 30-amp MPPT (RV-C) Solar Charge Controllers
The newest Go Power! solar controllers feature an optional Bluetooth Enabled remote (GP-RVC-R) which allows you to use the controller without being connected to an RV-C system. Features include:

2.Please ensure to press the disconnect button after using the app.

This app has had issues for a long time, in my opinion.

This app worked when I first got my RV in April 2022. Then, several weeks ago it just stopped reading the controller. I deleted the device from my app and then added it back. No luck. Next I tried the “soft reset” which I found in the manual. Still no data. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still no data from the controller so I called support. They said it was an issue with the app and that we might get a fix in 2-3 weeks.

I was also told to disconnect all the power from the controller. That’s not as easy as it sounds based on where my dealer installed it.

Come on Go Power, it’s a blue tooth connection with very basic data that has to go into a packet stream - it shouldn’t take weeks to fix!

Not Ready yet. Keep trying ( updated review )

I have just revised this review from 1-Star to 5-Star. I did a hard-reset of the controller and reinstalled the ver 1.6 again. Everything works now like it should. No more “failure to initialize” messages. It works now with both my iPhone 12 and my iPad Air.

I did find it is important to use the “Disconnect” button at the bottom of the app display screen when you are done. I was just swiping up on the screen to minimize or close the app without disconnecting. That caused problems when I traveled out of Bluetooth range and later tried to reconnect.

This is a great app and very useful!

Version 1.6 has not solved the connection issue! I first started with the ver 1.6 and for two days it worked with both my iPad and my iPhone 12, both with the latest operating system. Yesterday I uninstalled everything, did a hard reset of the controller, and started over. It paired easily and I only installed it on my iPhone. It worked okay until I tried it this morning. Failure to initialize!!! When it works it is a fine app. I cannot recommend it until you solve the connection issue.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are experiencing frustration. When you go to use the app, please be sure you are within the 25 foot range (closer the better) to reinitialize it. Also, for connection issues, it does depend on the installation. If the controller is not installed in a wall and there are no obstacles in the way the range is about 25 feet. If it's installed into a wall, then depending on what is in the wall it could get 25 feet (we have seen it up to 35-40 feet) or it could get very poor range if there is lots of metal close to the controller or if the walls are thick or there are multiple walls.

Frequently looses Bluetooth connection requiring a hard reset!

Love the unit. BUT, unfortunately the unit looses the Bluetooth connectivity every 1-2 weeks, necessitating a hard reboot. This requires removing the unit from the wall, disconnecting all four wires, waiting 15-30 minutes before reattaching, deleting the app from the phone and then reinstalling and then finally connecting the unit with the phone via Bluetooth. Again.

The manufacturer advises to always “disconnect” the Bluetooth connection after using it before moving out of range, which I now always do, but this has not helped.

If the app cannot be improved, then at least add a switch of some type to the controller that could be flipped to fully disconnect the battery and solar inputs without having to physically remove the unit from the wall to do so.
