Description
The GroupEx PRO Instructor App offers GXP users the most commonly used features of the desktop application on your iOS application. Features include a complete view of your personal teaching schedule, the ability to request subs, pick up classes, report your attendance numbers and contact other instructors quickly and easily. The app aggregates data from all of your GXP accounts making managing your teaching responsibilities a breeze.
This app is specifically for instructors associated with clubs that have a paid subscription (that includes the GXP Schedule) to GroupEx PRO. This is not intended for club member use.

Needs updated! Glitchy.
I love this app! This has made managing my instructors a breeze. However, I’m frustrated that it’s become glitchy and GXP hasn’t put out an update to resolve the bugs. If this issue is not resolved I will look into a new app to manage my instructors with.
Works on occasion
The app worked ok for me at first, aside from the fact that I found it annoying that your only option for a sub request is to offer to sub it or do nothing (you can’t comment.) However, it’s pretty much quit working for me. It does not keep me signed in anymore, which seemed like the main benefit of getting it, since it would let me avoid having to sign in online each time. It is also currently only allowing me to see the attendance entry page, and if I click on anything else — contact info for other instructors, notices, etc. — it takes me back to the sign in box. It’s pretty much useless now.
Best ever for Group Exercise, directors and staff.
So glad our club decided to use the GroupEx PRO, it is amazing, so easy to get subs and let everyone know, so easy to monitor when you’re teaching and what your schedule is. Having the schedule online has really helped the members at the club also. It is a win-win for everybody.
