More than just exercise

This is more than just a fitness app. Sure you can search for great workouts based on level of difficulty and equipment and body areas. And I love watching Coach and Claudia demonstrate. And being a senior citizen I usually go with Claudia’s adaptation. I have been using this app for over a year and am embarking to day I only do the free version but I have access to everything. I love this app. It’s like going to the library and deciding what book to read I can shop every day and pick what exercise I’d like to do. There are also inspirational quotes and the banter during workouts is easy and non judgmental. I especially appreciate when Claudia says when to exhale and when to inhale. That is not intuitive to me. I belong to their Facebook page and the people there who post feel like friends and family even though you I don’t post I read everyone else’s. If you seriously want to make a change. Try this app.

FINALLY exercising regularly

I started HasFit online by searching for different beginner exercises at their website but realized that having the app with specific programs is so much easier and the annual subscription cost is very low! I never feel berated for not keeping up but I am always encouraged to do what I can do. Over the past two years I have had some starts and stops but am now getting in a good routine. I motivate myself with goals. At 20 consecutive days (including rest days) I bought myself a HasFit shirt. I have now started Menopausal Power and when I complete the 90 day program I am buying myself a sweatshirt for fall and winter walks! Since I’m not paying for a gym I can afford these perks. The app is an amazing value.
I also appreciate the recent updates, one of which automatically brings me to the next exercise on my program as opposed to my having to scroll down to find it. Thanks!

Best Overall On-Line Fitness Program

I am 70 years old, but I am incredibly active working out daily my entire life. I’ve subscribed and continue to subscribe to a number of on-line programs, including Peloton, Alo, Better Me, etc. In April, I tore my quad tendon, had surgery, which failed, and had a second surgery. During recovery, I found HASfit. Other than a few adaptive workouts on Peloton, I couldn’t find a program that would cover someone working out on a chair and then progress from there. HASfit did it. On lower body moves that I couldn’t do, Claudia offers modified moves that I was able to do. They cover everything and the search bar makes it easy, from warmup, to stretching, low impact cardio, strength, including resistance bands. On a scale of 1-5, I would give HASfit a 10. I’m not kidding.
I subscribed and it is less costly than other programs, and Coach K and Claudia deserve the support.
