Overall decent:

Update: I just figured out in the app how I can change the setpoint triggers for the weather shut off. Seeing how much can be customized in this app makes me realize how nice it really is. pretty cool app and overall very functional. 5 stars

Just installed this system and first time using it. Overall decent but why is the cutoff temperature for suspending watering set at forecasting below 68 degrees Fahrenheit? Where I live, it can be 60 at night and 90 during the day and NEED water. This suspends watering when it’s still way above freezing. The cutoff temperature should be the same as freeze sensors right around 38 degrees. Please update this.

Hi 385531299432, thanks for you rating and comments. We're glad you love the App.

The Suspend watering trigger is based on the forecast Maximum temperature of the day not the minimum.

New App made the system buggy and fails to show flow rates and current properly

With the new app refresh, many of the features I relied on to manage the large system for my commercial site are either removed or broken. 1. Flow history is no longer a graph that was easy to understand. The flow usage that showed the gpm at the sensor so you could compare previous sessions and compare zones is now gone. 2. Water report is missing data on some zones. Reports->Watering some zones near the end of the list (using the EZ decoders) will omit the flow and current data. It seems random but is for sure a bug. 3. There is no way to know the flow rate anymore without doing math. How do I know how many gpm a zone is putting out? 4. The new app and the way it uses the data appears to have broken the website. The website and iPhone app are no longer of the same design language. The website uses the old system and support says the half-broken system flow graphs are going away. 5. Now that flow data is fragmented and broken, I get tons of fake flow alerts if I enable high flow or leak detection. And the reports are obviously broken with reports coming in at high flow of 2 gallons per minute on a system that averages 30. It appears the software quality team didn’t test their app on system like mine with a high zone count device with a flow sensor, master valve, and lots of EZ decoders. I miss the old app which wasn’t buggy and broken.

Cannot get "water more often when hot" to work

I've followed the instructions to the letter, but I see no "Watering Type" after adding a new start time. So I can't set "Low priority watering time." This morning I added a second start time for 6 pm and it worked today. But I cannot find any way to make 6 pm low priority so it will only run on hot days. The lack of phone support for a VERY EXPENSIVE controller is ridiculous. You should be ashamed. I had a grow-in program in the old app on my "Lawn Front" program. It expired over a year ago. So I thought all would be well when I upgraded to the new app. Somehow "grow-in" got resurrected in the new app and, since it had expired, my lawn zones were not running. My wife had to start zones manually! I did trouble-shooting today and found the phantom grow-in program. I deleted it and it appears to have gotten the controller Lawn Front program working. I'll see if watering starts tomorrow at 5:30 am. How can you emphasize Water Savings but not provide a baseline for the comparison? Is it same week last year? This week vs last week? This YTD vs YTD a year ago? Your designer understands NOTHING about data! Pathetic.
