Fair goer kim
Wanted to try the smothered burrito but I don’t like sour cream. The app doesn’t let you remove that. It should allow full customization.Also about 3 out of 4 tries I build my order and then find out my location is not accepting online orders. The app could check to see if the location is accepting orders before letting me get all the way to checkout. Please improve the app because I want to do business with taco cabana but my local one wasn’t allowing in store orders so I’m reliant on a buggy app.

Downloaded this cause I was craving tacos all day… where to even start… wouldn’t let me order anything through the app and kept giving an error… so, I went through drive through… 3 crispy beef tacos add sour cream, a chicken burrito bowl with no shell, and a chicken fajita quesadilla… long story short… not ONE single item was correct… received three soft tacos with no sour cream (crispy tacos with sour cream is literally why I didn’t go to Taco Bell… in hindsight… I should have)… chicken burrito bowl came with a shell… and my quesadilla literally had nothing in it… no cheese, no chicken… “do you want pico de gallo?” “Yes please”… nope none of that either… it was essentially two tortillas that were slightly warm… my dogs hesitated eating it… thankfully for your sake they are fat and will eat just about anything… I guess what I’m trying to say is I’m disappointed… I had been craving a good taco all day… and even ordered a quesadilla in case the tacos didn’t hit the mark… swing and a miss… well… at least we have the wife’s bowl… oh wait… that was incorrect too… it’ll be a minute… but I hope next time we will at least be able to pretend y’all listened

This is the only app I’ve ever bothered to get on here and write about. The functionality of this app is absolutely terrible and your developers need to be replaced. It keeps logging me out, told me my credentials were wrong which they weren’t. I tried to then log in through Facebook thinking I must be wrong. Well now I’m stuck at the page to enter my phone number which it won’t allow me to do because the number is already used on another account. Why can’t you exit out of that page?? So I deleted the app entirely, tried to redownload and it won’t download at all now. Oh well. Sucked having to order through the app and then park and CALL THE STORE to tell them you’re there. Why can’t you pick it up through the drive thru like every other restaurant? Geofencing?? Or at least let me put in a parking spot number myself. This app is not user friendly.

This app is a joke. It seems that TC doesn’t want you to earn any rewards.
