I don’t understand how this app has the high ratings it does. The most fundamental functionality I needed this mobile app for is to conveniently make payments to my subcontractors but this can only do Wires, no ACH, no Real Time Payments. Not even if you have them saved as a template. It also makes me answer an email or phone challenge question literally every time I attempt to log in. Other times it won’t let me log in because it says I have another CBC session in progress even when I’m 100% logged out of the desktop site. The only thing this app can do is deposit checks, but those don’t show up on the desktop app until they’ve posted so even considering that a win is generous. Worst financial app I’ve ever used.
