Incompetence at its finest

Major Logging in Issues- Wheel of Death goes nowhere.,, need to restart phone 2-3 times to log in. PayPal Developers…. And ShipStation: Do you guys realize the level of mess you’ve made? Before, all shipping charges were separated in reports and financial summaries. In fact, the end of year reports all then separated Shipping from regular Purchases of Inventory (payments Sent) Now, because of ShipStation You guys have not worked out the difference between normal purchases and Shipping charges It’s all lumped into the SAME total purchases You even removed Shipping from financial reports knowing this So, create a feature fix… Sort out ShipStation from regular purchases And make this a line item back in Financial Summaries, Reports, and sorted charges by type… all 3 What do you expect??? For us to now create our own custom excel sorting by type and name, solely because you guys screwed things up??? Get shipping back on reports not lumped into with regular purchases Think things through and get this done immediately before we all do our taxes!!!! It’s a nightmare! I want back our clean reports that show end of year summaries with shipping charges as a line item, and it’s good proof for the IRS of our shipping charges What are you guys thinking!!! Finish integrating ShipStation and make your end right! You end can be fixed by filtering Ship Station from regular purchases as a name type I could call you so many names but this is just incompetence

It’s only good for selling items online

I am electrician and I just wanted to get my clients other ways to pay the invoice so I complete a job for a customer and I invoice them and they choose to pay via PayPal which is fine PayPal charges me a fee to use their service again that is fine or where I have a problem is I have already completed the job it is 100% done and they pay via PayPal I still cannot collect my payments for 7 to 21 business days depending on how PayPal decide to pay out the invoice because PayPal is only structured for selling items online so I have to go into the payment and say that it’s already in the mail even though the job is already done and then I have to contact the customer and tell them to acknowledge that they received the item so if the customer takes time to acknowledge that or if they don’t ever acknowledge it in PayPal then what happens do I have to wait forever or is there a chance that I won’t even get paid so at the end of the day is it worth it for subcontractors to even use this service Any case I’m done using PayPal business unless I’m selling something online as a contractor I don’t believe this is a good platform to use you get charged to use their service and they make you wait to collect money that you should not have to wait for

regret this already ,

Is -12 stars an option

PayPal will do everything they can to keep your money. First with the ridiculously long Initial hold on your funds. Not Necessary. We have to go through everything from providing birthday, full social security numbers copies of government ID is your EIN numbers, copies of your LLC, verification of your bank accounts etc etc. which I knew was part of it. Security overboard. And then finally the big day come when you finally get to access you own money and then BOOM! PayPal restricts access to your funds AGAIN! This time is to somehow prove how you fulfill your orders/inventory. For starters you need MONEY/ FUNDS to procure new inventory. My company purchase pre-owned hospital/ medical equipment for resale at affordable budget friendly costs so I don’t stock multiple CT machines I purchase one and when that’s sold a defibrillator may replace it. But again how can I purchase anything new after I make a sale if I can’t access any funds?? These are the reasons why I chose not to use PayPal for years, but after multiple customer requests I gave in, bad decision. My debit card was supposed to be here almost a week ago, still haven’t received one. Guess the really don’t care about that issue. Not like I would be able to access MY MONEY anyways.

Not Surprised
