Naysayers need to shut their coffee coolers

I threw this plus a dozen other body weight workout apps onto my Samsung tablet roughly 2 years ago and methodically whittled them down to one app-this one! I’m a die hard fan of this app because it’s the one that was most effective for me back when I first turned my life around. I haven’t looked back and I’ve got no regrets. It does what it says, and it does what it does well. That tablet is now obsolete, so my new phone gets another app- this app, and I couldn’t be happier. To the developers-Cheers!!

Wow, this app has really improved over the last 12 months! Simple interface, and clean design. The custom workout feature gives you a training plan based on your fitness goals and fitness level. I found it challenging but I could feel a difference after 7 days.

Excellent for when I don't have access to equipment. A variety of workouts with motion picture visuals to easily see how it's done. Plus, it shows all the muscles that each workout targets. Beginners, pay attention to the postures in the gifs. Quality over quantity pays off in the long run.

It's clear that I haven't worked out in a long time. The 5 minute beginner workout kicked my tail. No props were needed, strictly all body weight, with each exercise clearly demonstrated as the workout counted down. Thanks for making it so easy. Now if only I could grow the Spartan beard.
