Individual controls don’t work

[Update: thanks for getting back, I can confirm that it works on selecting bed part. I have upped the rating to 4 stars. This part was not intuitive that the bed parts are selectable. It would be good notify on the app when nothing is selected and we try to adjust or add it to help section]The app works well compared to physical remote in terms of connectivity but it only works for dual controls. I will have to get head and foot up or down but not individually. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, For controlling the bed parts individually, you must select on the graphic, which part you want to operate. When the bed part is selected, you control it with the single arrow buttons. Best regards, LINAK A/S

So far so good

Because of chronic back problems, my wife spends much of the day in our Serta adjustable split king bed. She keeps both the supplied remote and her phone with her on the bed, but that little remote easily disappears, and it hurts too much for her to do much searching for it. So I installed this app on my phone to control both sides of the bed, and then installed it on her phone to control just her side. The instructions are less than adequate, especially when setting it up for 2 beds (hint, unplug both sides before starting the connection process). Once I had both indicators flashing saying the beds were ready to connect, it was just a matter of seconds before I had both sides responding perfectly to either phone. I hope the app continues to perform as well as it has just out of the gate.

After 2 week of the so being broken it seems to be fixed again. It does what it says, raises and lowers my feet and head on my bed.

Does work but favorite positions don’t

This app does work with my Nectar adjustable bed frame. It raises the head and feet with 2 speeds which is nice and you can just tap on the head or feet to adjust separately or can tap both to adjust at the same time. The only problem I have with it is the favorite positions. When you find the position you like and save it, the app does not save as it either goes in the opposite direction you saved it or goes up too much or too low. It never works. When I saved a position I like to sleep in the app raised the head all the way up which was not the position I saved it in. The app developer need to fix that as it is a very convenient way to get into certain positions but it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. Please fix it.
