When this app works, it’s ok. The lessons are fine and it’s basic functions are ok but the app and the logon are so glitchy that I struggle to participate in the program. Tech support can’t seem to find a solution beyond deleting the app, clearing my cache/cookies, and reloading the app. Very frustrating.

My insurance company recently required enrollment in an online weight loss program for 6 months to be considered for eligibility for GLP-1 agonists. I had 5 options and decided on this one because it seemed more convenient in that they provide a scale and eventually a fit bit. It took literally over a month and a half to successfully join the program because of glitches on their end requiring emails to multiple departments. Once joined, I realize that nothing is all that automatic or simple. In order to add a weight with the scale you need the Fitbit app and must open and add the weight there and then transfer it to the transform app. Activity is only Fitbit based but since we don’t have one in the beginning everything must me manually entered. If you use apple products nothing is compatible and use is not user friendly. Only convenience is that you can take photos of your meals, but then there is no data or calorie calculations for each day. Save yourself frustration during your weight loss journey and try any of the other programs offered.

I enjoy the Transform program. My coach really cares about me, and we do monthly calls and weekly check-ins through the app. The app connects with the Fitbit app, so my weight and food sync over for me. I earned a Fitbit watch through participating. The curriculum is really helpful, and I make goals around the parts that work for me. Overall this program is a huge win for my health.

Between only selectively syncing with my Fitbit app, redirecting me in a circle every other time I log in, and randomly deleting some messages, this app is deeply flawed. It really seems like no one actually every fixes the bugs. I also hate consuming so much content on such a tiny screen.
