It is a breathing exercise that is practiced over a short period of 5 minutes . Unlike other techniques, it can be used anywhere and anytime. Using this technique you will be able to take a relaxing moment where you want it ; in public transport, in your car, at home. A setting menu allows you to change the preferences depending on when or where you practice exercise. This is a good app for getting started with cardiac coherent breathing. I am a therapist and have started recommending it to my clients. It really helps with moments of acute anxiety. Give it a try

Wish the sounds resonated, not a short clink. Would be far preferable for inhalation tone to be different than exhalation tone (which the description claims it does). I wish I hadn't paid for the extra options.
