Need to improve search function

The search function hardly works for me at all. Try searching "Salzmann" and it can't find it but if you pull up where you think it would be it's there. It would be nice to be able to search the entire text.

Purchased the Wills eye manual app years ago. Recently updated my Phone only to learn the app is gone and replaced with a subscription?? Why?
