Description
With CardioBot, you can easily understand the data captured by the Apple Watch so you can improve your lifestyle and discover notable patterns.
Your Apple Watch measures your heart rate every 4 minutes during the day. With CardioBot, you can easily understand the data captured by the Apple Watch so you can improve your lifestyle and discover notable patterns.
CardioBot uses the studies provided by the American Heart Association to build smart recommendations that help you to improve your cardiovascular system and maintain good health.
CardioBot is an iPhone app that reads heart rate data stored by the Apple Watch in HealthKit. The app separates readings in low, normal, elevated, and high heart rate through different colors and charts, allowing you to see averages at a glance.
CardioBot also supports viewing data captured during workouts and meditations, and it can also provide the sleep analysis information for a complete dashboard of your heart rate. All of this is done with a minimal and elegant interface that makes it easy to view statistics for individual days, browse detailed timelines, and compare day-to-day changes.
This app requires an iPhone that has the Health App installed. Heart readings are read from the Health Data Store, which is populated by your Apple Watch.
CardioBot requires iOS 14 and Watch OS 7.

Ratings and Reviews
Nice App
Nice little App giving a good overview of your daily heart rate.
One thing I would be interested in is to know when a workout is good enough. I always get „Good workout you can increase intensity for the next time“, while I went on a 3 hour bike ride with intervals with pretty high heart rates and high intensity. Not sure if I really could increase intensity.
But still a very nice app.
Developer Response ,
Thanks for your feedback! There is still some room for your workout. You are in the acceptable range of heart rate. For example, if you will have extremely high heart rate, app will notify you.
What's the elevated heart rate threshold?
This app appears to be useful. However, I keep getting elevated heart rate notices when my heart rate is well below the threshold I've set for the native heart rate app for my Apple Watch S3. I can't see anywhere in the CardioBot app where I can adjust settings for this. The developer's website for this app simply takes me to a one-page app preview that's not helpful. What am I missing?
Review update: I've had to dump this app on both my watch and iPhone because of the all-too-frequent elevated heart rate notifications. The native iOS health app and other heart monitoring apps convinced me that the CardioBot app results were unreliable in this regard.
I do appreciate the developer's response, and I may try the app again after the next significant update. It does look to have quite useful potential.
Developer Response ,
Hi, elevated heart rate calculating according to your personal measurements.
I am working on some setting screen right now, so please wait for next release.
Thanks for the feedback.
Love the insights
I love the app. It gives me a view of my health/fitness I didn’t know before.
One comment regarding HRV: some of the comments don’t make sense at first glance “12% lower than the baseline”. What does that mean? It would be great if it was followed by an unambiguous sentence that gave some sort of advice: need to increase the workout intensity, or something like that. If not advice, at least some suggestion which would explain what the HRV value really means in relation to the baseline, whatever that means. Thanks!
Developer Response ,
Thanks for your feedback! I’m working on brand new recommendation system, which will give you some hints and recommendations on every metric in the app.
