LINC gives Chili’s Team Members instant access to job-related training, communications, broadcast videos and much more! The LINC app also enables leaders to view their team’s performance on modules and other learning activities. To access LINC, Chili’s Team Members must have a valid HotSchedules username and password. A Wi-Fi connection is strongly recommended to avoid using cellular data. For assistance with anything related to LINC, please email LINC Support (LINC@brinker.com). NOTE: Download and usage of the LINC app is entirely optional. If you prefer not to install/use it on your personal device, ask your leader about the option of accessing the LINC app from your restaurant’s designated training iPad.

When the modules do load, and they don’t always right away, you cannot leave the app or let your phone shut off or it restarts you back at a checkpoint. I’ve rewatched the same minute of information four times because of accidental notifications or not tapping the screen to keep it running when not-quite videos are playing. It glitches often and I have to leave the app more times than I want to because arrows don’t work or the app won’t move onto the next segment.Please fix these bugs. As a new employee, the lack of quality of these modules is starting to look bad for the company.P.S. When making a noun plural, there is never an apostrophe. “Keep your chefs in the loop.” is never “Keep your chef’s in the loop.”
