Many many problems with this app.Calls are grainy and sound there are dropped calls.When you put someone on hold you sometimes they’re not able to get them back.The message function is worthless. I have to retype the message several times because it erases itself as soon as you touch the screen of your phone to scroll up or scroll down to see what you have written the message disappears. I have to go back and retype it again and trust that I’ve done it correctly because I don’t dare touch it again because it’ll erase it yet again over and over it will erase your message if you touch the screen horrible! I would NEVER use this App if my firm did not require it!

Had to get this app for work got random calls and text every single day even after getting a new number. Thankfully I was able to get rid of it and now I get a message that it’s just going to auto download it onto phone every single day and I have to click cancel. This is on the verge of harassment to try to download onto my phone after I’ve deleted it. This may be the worst app ever created. If it doesn’t go away I’m going to report it to the bbb. No other app does tries to download onto my phone after I’ve deleted it.

Please reach out to them and explain what is happening so they can appropriately adjust the mobile device policy for your phone to balance both yours and the company’s requirements. SL2 is successfully used by thousands of people working in highly regulated industries where recordkeeping of business-related mobile communications is required, and it only tries to keep downloading if your IT department set it up to do so.SL2 does have a feature to block suspicious and unwanted inbound calls or messages on your CellTrust Mobile Business Number to enhance data security and protect staff, so if you decide to give it another try, that may help with those unwanted communications. Had to get this app for work got random calls and text every single day even after getting a new number. Continue to miss messages, voicemail and calls. Notifications don’t work. You have to constantly check the app and listen to voicemail tk see if you have voicemail messages. Also if you happen to be listening to music and get a text message on CellTrust it pauses the music. It’s the only app that does that. Garbage. Fix the bugs.
