The 1st Financial FCU App is a free mobile banking tool from 1st Financial Federal Credit Union that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your accounts and loans so you can stay organized and make smarter financial decisions. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.

Multi-Account Aggregation: View all of your financial information (balances, transaction history, merchant spending averages) in one place for on-the-go organization.

Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.

Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact 1st Financial Federal Credit Union customer service directly from the app.

The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

To use the 1st Financial FCU App, you must be enrolled as an 1st Financial Federal Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Never gives me notifications

I have all my notifications on this app turned on through my phone and the app and it never gives me notifications unless I login look around to find what I need then once I get off the app the notifications start coming through it’s really annoying because I’d love to know when something gets deposit or when I’m low on cash or if I use my debit card any wear like the “chime” app does so please update your stuff to do these things and make it better

Needs to be improved

It’s a decent app just needs a few improvements. I don’t receive deposit notifications until I open and close the app. When I get message notifications they can take several minutes to post. The app has crashed on me a couple of times. I like how simplistic the app is but it leaves me unable to tweak banking features like the option to turn on my roll up account or turn off my overdraft protection. The app is a start but could be so much better honestly.

Some notifications are real-time and some are batch. If you contact us, we'll be happy to explain the difference so you know when to expect them. When you have a RollUp account, it is always on. We do not currently offer the option to turn it off, however I will add that to a list of possible future enhancements. The new app does offer the option of changing your overdraft protection backup accounts or even removing them. This is available in the Overdraft Protection widget.

Everything works great I’m really impressed on how they have updated it and made things much easier I thank you all for they new features please continue to help us customers out if we have any issues I’ve had no problems with this and it’s 2020
