The Alltru CU App is a free mobile banking tool from Alltru Credit Union that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your accounts and loans so you can stay organized and make smarter financial decisions. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances. FEATURES Multi-Account Aggregation: View all of your financial information (balances, transaction history, merchant spending averages) in one place for on-the-go organization. Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills. Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances. Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Alltru Credit Union customer service directly from the app. SAFE AND SECURE The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access. GETTING STARTED To use the Alltru CU App, simply download the app, enroll as a new user, or use existing log in credentials, launch it, and login. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Problem with latest release

Love Alltru Credit Union and all the great help I have received in the the last year refinancing my vehicle, obtaining a home improvement loan, and finally getting a credit card through them. This latest release has an issue with it. When you log out, if you’re looking at your iPhone, it logs you right back in again. This is a new problem that I have never seen before now. Otherwise, all is great!!!

Problem with latest release

Needs to be improved

It’s a decent app just needs a few improvements. I don’t receive deposit notifications until I open and close the app. When I get message notifications they can take several minutes to post. The app has crashed on me a couple of times. I like how simplistic the app is but it leaves me unable to tweak banking features like the option to turn on my roll up account or turn off my overdraft protection. The app is a start but could be so much better honestly.

Some notifications are real-time and some are batch. If you contact us, we'll be happy to explain the difference so you know when to expect them. When you have a RollUp account, it is always on. We do not currently offer the option to turn it off, however I will add that to a list of possible future enhancements. The new app does offer the option of changing your overdraft protection backup accounts or even removing them. This is available in the Overdraft Protection widget.

Bit confused about one design choice

Start by saying the app works pretty well and is aesthetically pleasing but one thing that doesn’t make any sense is the secure messaging layout. The swipable cards that don’t even default to the newest message really doesn’t make any sense and why I’d the newest message to the furthest card to the left when the reply option is the furthest card to the right? Can it just be a traditional message thread like any other chat application we’re used to these days?
