I just finished my last session of physical therapy at ATI on Harrison and Old Spanish Trail, William was my main therapist 👍🏻McKenna , Melissa, Ari ,Noah, Steven Miguel Sam are all great. ‼️ I hope I didn’t leave anybody out. They are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were great in assisting me with my physical therapy and I highly recommend this office to all my friends and others. Do not hesitate to contact them if you need any help with your physical therapy 👍🏻 rest assured you’ll be in good hands no fun intended‼️😂😊

The “How to use” tells you what to do but not how to do it. When I click on Exercise Planner it says none recorded. The app says record your exercises but I cannot figure out how to do that! No amount of clicking through the numerous articles gives any explanation of how! I once saw a description of the exercises but they have since disappeared! I have searched repeatedly but they are gone. The Stats are grossly inaccurate—I’ve read and rated every article, viewed every video but Stats says I haven’t. Sometimes an article will suggest reading another article found elsewhere but no amount of clicking turns it up. Links within the app would be most helpful. At this point the only reason to use the app is for exercises but since that part of the app doesn’t work, it’s useless.

Prior to surgery, I downloaded this app to help me prepare for my total knee replacement. It provides a wonderful array of articles and information I read and reread. I showed it to my physical therapist who was equally impressed! I truly think it prepared me to arrive on surgery day with less reservation and anxiety. I was able to faithfully do the exercises and felt strong on surgery day. Now I’m home and started to do the exercises I need to fully recover.

I’m very impressed with the efficiency of how quickly I received an appointment, I went to Park Avenue which is Highway 17 In Orange Park right past Kingsley going south, love the facility. I was amazed at the check-in process, not only for me, but I’ve had to meet a sister there who was transported in a wheelchair, so quick and the appointment didn’t drag on for hours on end. I think Dr. Duffy is a very pleasant person, thoroughly knowledgeable and gets things done, right away! I’ve been in the Baptist System for quite some time, but I’m fighting changing over to StV’s.
