Definitely had high hopes that this recent update would make it so my narrative doesn’t disappear. Going back to using the website for charting. This thing is only handy to make med changes for me personally, other than that, this is just a time clock.

When writing a narrative I have to press the narrative button tons of times just for it to open. All narratives should be able to be viewed like you can on the computer Notes that are returned should show up a different color like on the computer Also app lacks overall performance as it is often glitchy and doesn’t work properly consistently which results in charting errors, clock in and out errors and other various problems

I had a small issue with the app failing to verify my location. I did all the steps that the online said to do for it to verify my location & still had trouble but once I called customer service for the app , I was able to get great assistance & helped me fix my issue. Fast & Easy.

Doesn’t let me clock in or out

The latest update needs to be fixed it doesn’t let me log in or out. I log in with my credentials and it sends me back to the log in page after I get the login successful screen and it’s on a continuous loop of sending me back to the log in page.
